  • Mikkel Sandvik

    CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

    Mikkel has been Group CEO of Mestergruppen since 2014. He has extensive experience from the building materials industry and has previously served as CEO of, among others, Dooria AS.

    Mikkel has also been Group CEO of Luxo ASA and Business Development Manager at Laerdal Medical.

  • Richard Pettersson

    BOARD MEMBER

    Rickard is the CEO and owner of XL-BYGG Sten & Son, which operates its facility in Enköping. Rickard is the second generation at XL-BYGG Sten & Son, a company that celebrated an impressive 125 years in 2023.

    In addition, he has extensive involvement in business and serves as CEO, Chair and board member in several other companies. Rickard is also a member of XL-BYGG’s Chain Council.

  • John Davidsson

    BOARD MEMBER

    John is a fifth-generation retailer and currently runs the BOLIST stores Harås Byggvaror and Lysekil Trä. He holds a degree in business administration from Internationella Handelshögskolan i Jönköping.

    John has served on the Board of Directors of BOLIST since 2015 and on the Board of Directors of Mestergruppen since the acquisition of BOLIST in 2020.

  • Mats Larsson

    BOARD MEMBER

    Mats is a third-generation paint retailer and co-owner of the Happy Homes stores in Umeå and Skellefteå. He has worked in the industry for more than 30 years and has served on the Board of Directors of Happy Homes since 2013, including as Chair since 2020.

  • Sören Fredriksson

    DEPUTY MEMBER

    Sören has worked within XL-BYGG for more than 30 years and has been a co-owner of XL-BYGG Norrby Trä & Byggvaror since 2015. He currently works as Site Manager and is also a member of XL-BYGG’s Assortment Council.

  • Jonas Jacobsson

    DEPUTY MEMBER

    Jonas has worked in the building materials retail industry for more than 25 years. In 2004, he founded Önne Trä & Byggvaror (BOLIST Önnestad), which has been part of BOLIST since 2005.

    Over the years, Jonas has held several roles within the chain, ranging from the Logistics Council to the Contract Council.

  • Jan Angberg

    DEPUTY MEMBER

    Jan is the owner and CEO of Colorama Filipstad and Colorama Hagfors. He is a third-generation paint retailer and has worked in the paint retail industry since 2006.

    Jan has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Karlstads universitet.
