Transparency Act
Mestergruppen is a major player in the industries we operate in, and we want to be open and accountable about how we operate. We have a duty to provide information and comply with the new Transparency Act.
By virtue of its position and size within the construction and real estate market, the Master Group has a special responsibility for, and the opportunity to influence, compliance with and protection of fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
Through our operations, we want to contribute to the development of a responsible construction industry. How we conduct our procurement, follow up on contracts and collaborate with and develop suppliers are important measures to ensure respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
Our commitment to respect fundamental human rights and decent working conditions is evident, among other things, from Mestergruppen's ethical guidelines and anti-corruption guidelines.
The Master Group shall promote a corporate culture characterized by respect and consideration for the environment, other people and their property. We shall always act in a manner that inspires trust in our collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, customers and other business associates.
Mestergruppen has high expectations of its suppliers in terms of ethics, sustainability and quality. (Click here to read our requirements and expectations)
Suppliers undertake to have business ethics equivalent to or stricter than Mestergruppen's internal Values and Ethical Guidelines.

The Master Group is concerned with traceability in the value chain and therefore requires that our suppliers register relevant goods in NOBB* , which is the construction industry's largest product database for product information.
