HSE in the Master Group

We work to ensure that the working environment provides the basis for a health-promoting and meaningful working situation for our employees, and that they are protected against physical and psychological harm.

Our HSE manual has detailed descriptions of responsibilities and focus areas. In addition, we carry out regular internal audits and have annual HSE training that is mandatory for all employees. Each business also has its own HSE manager who works to ensure that our requirements are met.

We have our own HSE systems and deviation systems that provide opportunities to register improvement measures at our locations.

Mestergruppen has zero tolerance for bullying and harassment in our workplaces. We send out an annual employee survey that is anonymous. Here, employees can provide feedback on the working environment, among other things.
