Diversity

The Master Group works to promote equality and prevent discrimination when it comes to, among other things, gender, ethnicity, religion/life philosophy, disability, sexual orientation and gender identity.

We require diversity and non-discriminatory/professional recruitment processes internally and to the recruitment agencies we use. All our job advertisements contain a specific statement that Mestergruppen is committed to diversity and that all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply - regardless of age, gender, disability and ethnic background.

We support the UN's Sustainable Development Goal No. 5, which is gender equality. Our equality work is anchored in our guidelines and strategy. Our ethical guidelines have been developed to prevent discrimination and harassment, and we have a digital whistleblowing system that provides easy access to safe reporting that can be done anonymously. The Group also has its own guidelines to prevent bullying and harassment in the workplace. Link to our external whistleblowing channel

All employees review and commit to complying with the company's ethical guidelines, including the guidelines for preventing discrimination and harassment.

In recent years, the group has had a particular focus on raising awareness, creating attitudes and facilitating positive change.
